  • Burnout at the doctor’s is probably more common today than ever before. In this post by the Physician Philosopher, Guest poster Dr. Vagabond sums up the current state of the medical industry very well and how financial independence can be a real solution.
  • As the debt-free doctor points out in this postReal estate investing offers a whole world of new jargon. One of them is the “re-recording of depreciation”. What is it exactly? Well, without spoiling anything, I’m just saying that it is definitely something that you should know about.
  • Money is no longer what it used to be. Indeed after This post from Physician on FireBecoming a millionaire isn’t exactly what it used to be, either. At least not in the way we think. Now it is more important in what path You are a millionaire and how the money is used. It is certainly good food for thought.

That’s it for this week! Hope Journal Club 2/19/21 has been helpful to you.
