- I love conferences. It’s just something about meeting and learning from like-minded people that gets me excited and motivated to do more. Of course there are a lot of events out there; it’s all about finding them. This article from Get Rich Slowly offers a comprehensive list of conferences and events for personal finance and beyond, and it’s well worth your time.
- The “latte factor” is the idea that if you are spending less money in a certain area of your life (like your daily latte) you can redirect that money into investing or saving. In this article from Four Pillar FreedomThe author notes that this mindset is backward at times – cutting costs can be the opposite of what brings wealth.
