Any potential risk factors are also investigated to make sure the company is not putting their business at risk

Once the right employees are hired, the HR executive oversees everything from salary negotiations to supervising their training and development. In order for HR executives to be effective in their position, they need to be able to relate to staff and customers. If an applicant cannot express their motivation clearly, HR should be able to do so by communicating to the applicant that this is a critical aspect of the job.
